Your Business or organization is invited to set up a games booth
on site, or to be a strolling performer as a costumed character
.
Games must be pre-approved to avoid conflict with existing
game merchants.
Performers must have act and costume approved before event.
Your employee will run and maintain the station but be able to
hand out your advertising material and interact with patrons.
No Fee for Approved Acts/Games!
Guidelines for Games
1. Should have a medieval or renaissance decoration
2. attendant must be in costume
3. no cost to play
4. fits within a 10' x 10' space
5.prizes do not conflict with merchant wares
6. no food as prizes
7. no weapons as prizes
